What is a lash lift?
A lash lift (or perm) is a semi-permanent procedure that lasts an average of 4–6 weeks, depending on the individual. Silicone eye pads are placed on the eyelids, then keratin is applied to your natural lashes to give them enhanced length and a beautifully curled appearance.
Longevity depends on your natural release of facial and bodily oils, how well you follow aftercare, your sleeping position, and your makeup routine.

Prior to your appointment
- Arrive 10–15 minutes early to complete your registration and waiver forms
- If you wear contacts, please wear glasses or remove the lenses before your lash lift begins
- Keep your natural lashes untouched (by makeup, for example) for at least 24 hours prior
- Please don't wear any mascara or eye makeup to your appointment
Please note: Clients with eyelash extensions cannot have a lash lift until one week after the extensions are removed.
Aftercare: the first 24 hours
For at least 24 hours after your treatment, avoid the following so your lift sets beautifully:
- Wait at least 24 hours before washing your eyes — be gentle and use only mild, oil-free products
- Don't apply any mascara before or after your lash lift
- Don't combine a lash lift with eyelash extensions — doing so may overwhelm or damage your eyes and natural lashes

Avoid mascara altogether — it ensures the longevity of your lash lift.
Sleep on your back while lashes are still malleable, so they don't drop to one side. Be careful pulling clothing over your head, too.
When you return to face washes, avoid oily products — they can cause lashes to lose their lift prematurely.
Resist touching your lashes for the first few days, so they settle into their new shape and hold the lift.
Come in every 4–6 weeks (or sooner) for a fresh lift to restore that long-lash effect.

Will a lash lift damage my natural lashes?

Is a lash lift the same as a lash perm?
No. The lash lift is a newer, more innovative procedure. It uses silicone pads to lift the lashes from the roots into a straight or upward-curved direction, for a lengthened, brighter, more enhanced eye.
Does the procedure hurt?
It's a new and slightly unusual sensation, but completely painless. We ask clients to keep their eyes closed throughout.
How long is the appointment?
The lash lift appointment takes approximately 1 hour to 90 minutes.
Can I use a lash curler afterward?
No — using a curler after a lash lift is strongly discouraged, as it can weaken or damage your lashes.
