Responsibilities:
– Perform microblading procedures to enhance and shape clients’ eyebrows.
– Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients’ desired eyebrow shape and style.
– Assess clients’ natural eyebrow hair and facial features to determine the most suitable approach.
– Utilize expert techniques to create precise, symmetrical, and natural-looking eyebrows.
– Choose appropriate pigments and customize color to match clients’ natural hair color and skin tone.
– Maintain a clean and sterile work environment, following strict sanitation protocols.
– Provide aftercare instructions to clients for optimal healing and long-lasting results.
– Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and products in microblading.
– Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and building strong relationships.
Requirements:
– Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Microblading Artist.
– Proven expertise in microblading techniques, including eyebrow design and shaping.
– Proficient in creating natural-looking eyebrows with precise strokes.
– Strong understanding of facial symmetry and anatomy.
– Excellent attention to detail and an artistic eye.
– Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
– Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build a loyal client base.
– Reliable and punctual, with a professional work ethic.
– Certification or training in microblading is required.
